Group Leader for Field Service

Field Service is looking for a group leader for one of the teams that has the whole world as its workplace. As a group leader, you will be responsible for the field service engineers who work with planned and corrective maintenance at customer sites.

You will also lead and plan the group's activities in close collaboration with the other managers in field service and the planning function.

How You Will Make an Impact

• budget and personnel responsibility for about 20 employees
• lead the group remotely
• ensure the right numbers and competencies and thus work on forecasting and recruiting staff, as well as maintaining and developing staff competencies.
• maintain ongoing dialogue with project teams in Finspång and around the world
• continuously work and participate in process and improvement work
• be part of the field service planning teams
• be part of the field service management group

What You Bring

• previous experience in a leadership role and a strong interest in leadership
• you are open and have a professional demeanor
• strong drive to want to develop and drive the business according to the set goals and visions
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• ability to work both independently and in a team.
• experience working in an international environment
• can communicate fluently in Swedish and English (both verbally and in writing)

About the Team

The team within Field Service consists of Technical Field Service personnel who work globally with planned and corrective maintenance at customer sites. The team collaborates closely with other managers and planning functions to ensure efficient operations and high quality service delivery.

Within the Gas Services division
